Brief Introduction
Cr12 is a kind being widely used cold working die steel which belongs to ledeburite steel with high carbon and high chromium. It has higher hardening ability and higher abrasion resistance; because of higher carbon contained, lower toughness and easy brittle and crack, mostly being used for manufacturing cold punching dies, cold sheering blade, screw plate, wire-drawing dies, drill sleeves and measuring gauges etc. with lower i***ct load and high abrasion resistance requirement.
